We visit your site and discuss your plans and program for your project.  We will conduct a zoning analysis of your property so you have a better understanding of what you can do on your property.  We will produce a portfolio with any pertinent information for your project, such as tax maps, zoning code requirements, permit applications, the extent of what part of your property can be further developed, and our proposal  for architectural services fee.

We provide a full feasibility study for you to assess your site.  Our site evaluation includes site conditions, building & site signage, and interior and exterior building condition.  We can also include information on existing building's MEP and fire safety.  We will include permitting information
